Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
KeepMore Wealth Partners LLC (“KeepMore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides wealth-planning services, including a secure Know Your Client (“KYC”) collection service that helps clients and related parties complete identity verification required for certain insurance policy applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit keepmorewealth.com, use our KYC collection service, or communicate with us by email or text message.
If you have questions about this Policy or our data practices, contact us at privacy@keepmorewealth.com or 7533 S Center View Ct, Ste R, West Jordan, UT 84084, USA.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Identity information. Name, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, and images and data from identity documents you choose to submit, such as a driver’s license, passport, Social Security card, birth certificate, or comparable government-issued identification.
Contact information. Email address, phone number, and residential address, including documents that evidence your address (such as a utility bill or bank letter).
Financial and professional information. Where the applicable verification requirements call for it: employment history, marital status, net worth information, source-of-funds information, and bank reference details.
Trust and entity information. Names, roles, ownership percentages, and governing documents of trusts, companies, and other entities connected to a policy application (for example, trust agreements, operating agreements, and good-standing certificates).
Signature and notarization records. Electronic signatures, signing certificates and audit trails, and records of notarization sessions.
Communications. Messages you exchange with us, including email and SMS, and your communication preferences.
Technical information. Device type, browser, IP address, and usage information collected when you use our website or KYC service, including information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
We collect this information directly from you, from documents you submit, from the advisor or representative who invited you to complete KYC, and — for entity verification — from documents provided by an entity’s authorized representatives.
3. How We Use Your Information
To perform identity verification and KYC compliance checks required in connection with an insurance policy application to which you or a related trust or entity are a party.
To validate submitted documents, including automated, AI-assisted checks of document type, legibility, names, dates, and expiration (with human review available).
To prepare pre-filled forms, facilitate electronic signature, and coordinate notarization of your documents.
To send you service communications — invitations, status updates, and reminders — by email or, with your consent, text message.
To operate, secure, and improve our website and service.
To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, including anti-money-laundering and know-your-client requirements.
We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send SMS messages from (435) 631-2280 relating to your KYC file — for example, a personalized link to begin, reminders to complete outstanding items, and status notifications. Message frequency varies based on the status of your file. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. You can also ask us to switch you to email-only communication.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at privacy@keepmorewealth.com.
No third-party marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messages through our telecommunications service providers.
5. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations:
The insurance carrier. Verified documents, forms, and related KYC information are delivered to the insurance carrier (and its reinsurers, administrators, and professional advisors) to which the relevant policy application is made, as required by that carrier’s KYC and compliance standards.
Service providers. Vendors that process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations, including secure document storage and hosting, electronic-signature services, notarization services, AI document-analysis services, and telecommunications providers for email and SMS delivery.
Notaries. Commissioned notaries who certify copies of your documents as part of the verification process.
Professional advisors and authorized parties. Your advisor or other parties authorized on your file, consistent with the access level assigned to them; and our own professional advisors (legal, accounting) where necessary.
Legal requirements. Courts, regulators, or law enforcement where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.
6. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls limiting who can view documents on a file, audit logging, and vendor security review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We retain KYC records — including identity documents, executed forms, signing certificates, and notarization records — for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to satisfy legal, regulatory, and contractual record-keeping obligations that apply to insurance-related KYC files, which typically require retention for a period of 10 years after the relevant relationship ends. When retention is no longer required, we securely delete or de-identify the information.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you.
You may request deletion of your information; note that we must decline deletion where retention is required by the legal and regulatory obligations described above.
You may opt out of text messages at any time (reply STOP) and choose email-only communication.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@keepmorewealth.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children
Our website and service are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where the verification requirements for a trust involve a minor beneficiary, that child’s information and documents are provided by, and handled through, the child’s parent or legal guardian.
10. Third-Party Sites and Services
Our service may link to or embed third-party services — for example, an electronic-signature session or a notarization session hosted by our providers. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and, for material changes affecting active KYC participants, provide notice by email.
